Travelling abroad with your pet with a no deal Brexit

Well lets forget the rest of the politics, if there is a no deal Brexit then it could effect you taking your pets abroad. Currently people can make sure their pet is full vaccinated and have their chip and rabies vaccine and go abroad 3 weeks later.

In the event of a no deal then the process may take a minimum of 4 months. They would need to have their rabies vaccine and then at least 30 days later a blood sample to check their immune response to the vaccine. If that is satisfactory then you have to wait 3 months to then take them abroad.

Meaning that if you want to go away soon after Brexit you will need to start the process by 24th November.
